The maximum length of a giveaway is 30 days, but we recommend 1-3 days due to how Instagram's algorithm works. This also aligns with best practices, since long giveaways tend to have a negative impact on your campaign goals. After reaching the 7 days after your giveaway's selected end date (the end date you set when starting your giveaway) your giveaway will automatically expire with no winner selected.
