Our top goal is to help you sell more. To do that, you need to understand how well your quizzes are performing. Below is an overview of how everything is measured and calculated.

  • Engagements: A unique visitor starts a quiz. Quiz retakes are not included.

  • Opt-ins: A unique email address collected through a quiz and attached to a visitor.

  • Opt-in rate (%): The percentage of quiz completions that result in email opt-ins.

  • Total sales: All sales that are directly and indirectly attributed to quizzes.

  • Add to cart: A visitor adds a product to the cart directly from a quiz, or that was recommended in a quiz they took.

  • Add to cart rate (%): The percentage of quiz completions that resulted in an ‘Add to Cart’ or a ‘Buy Now’ click on the results page.

  • Quiz completions: The total number of unique completed quizzes. Quiz retakes by the same visitor are not included.

  • Quiz completion rate (%): The percentage of engagements (quiz starts) that resulted in completed quizzes by unique visitors.

  • Quiz conversion rate (Quiz CVR): The percentage of quiz completions that resulted in a conversion (order placed) within the 7-day quiz attribution window.

  • Average order value (AOV): The average dollar value of orders directly and indirectly attributed to quizzes.

  • Orders: The total number of orders directly and indirectly attributed to quizzes.

  • Engagements: A unique visitor starts a quiz. Quiz retakes by the same visitor are not included.

  • Orders: The total number of orders directly and indirectly attributed to a quiz within the 7-day quiz attribution window.

  • Quiz CVR: The percentage of quiz completions that resulted in a conversion (order placed) within the 7-day quiz attribution window.

  • Total sales: All sales that are directly and indirectly attributed to this quiz.

Products leaderboard

  • Recommended: How many times this product was recommended (appeared) on the results page for all quizzes.

  • Units sold: The total quantity of this product sold that is directly or indirectly attributed to all quizzes.

  • Product CVR: The percentage of recommendations of this product that resulted in a conversion (order placed) within the 7-day quiz attribution window.

  • Total sales: All sales that are directly and indirectly attributed to all quizzes for this product.

  • Selection rate (%): The percentage of times this answer was selected.

  • Recommended: How many times the product was recommended (appeared) on the results page for this quiz.

  • Product CVR: The percentage of recommendations of this product that resulted in a conversion (order placed) within the 7-day quiz attribution window.

  • Total sales: All sales that are directly and indirectly attributed to this quiz for this product.
