The Importance setting lets you tell our AI how important a specific question is to the results. If you the results you're seeing aren't quite right, this is your best way to tune the product recommendations.

The Importance level settings:

  • None: Not important for recommendations.

  • Low: Minor impact on the top recommendation.

  • Medium: Helpful for the top recommendation.

  • High: Important for the top recommendation.

  • Required: Essential for the top recommendation.

Here's what the Importance setting looks like below. Select any question to adjust the Importance level of that question.

The question importance settings helps tune recommendations.

Note: Setting multiple questions as Required

Sometimes you may need to set multiple questions as required, the highest level of importance. This is fine, but if you happen to have a product that doesn't match an answer combination there won't be a 'Top' recommendation for the customer.

Instead, customers will see multiple products that may meet their needs so they still get a good result.
