Tips for the best results
Use descriptive, engaging titles that describe what the quiz is for (see examples).
Products selected for the quiz should have accurate titles and descriptions (Shopify's AI tool can generate these for you).
Products in a quiz should be related (e.g. shoes and shampoo shouldn't be in the same quiz).
Don't use gift cards because they don't work well in quizzes.
Use the Importance setting on each question, which determines how much that response will weigh into the recommendation.
Update questions, answers, and products on your quiz anytime, and our AI will automatically update your recommendations.
Create and test new quizzes to find what works since they only take a few minutes to create.
Since quizzes can be generated in minutes, try to make quizzes for different collections, holidays, social posts, etc., to get the best results and keep customers engaged.
