POPSMASH natively integrates with Shopify to automate the adding and updating of new contacts. Below is an overview of how we do our best to support any email marketing or CRM solution you may use.
POPSMASH automatically saves new subscribers to Shopify
When using a quiz to collect subscribers, POPSMASH will always save new subscribers to Shopify Customer profiles (creating or updating existing profiles as needed) by default.
These newly created/updated Customer profiles will also have the 'accepts marketing' flag on so they will receive your email marketing communications.
So, as long as your email marketing service syncs with Shopify, it will work with POPSMASH and receive all subscribers who opt into your quiz.
